Lieutenant-Governor (Lt.-Gov.) of New Brunswick, the Honourable Brenda L. Murphy, visited 5th Canadian Division Support Base (5 CDSB) Gagetown to gain a better understanding of the daily operations of the base and how it aids government functions on April 23, 2024.

Colonel Parent, Base Commander of 5 CDSB Gagetown, and the Formation Sergeant Major, Chief Warrant Officer Michael Hawthorn, presented the Lt.-Gov. and her spouse with Commander’s coins and gave them a guided tour to various locations on base.

Some of the highlights from Lt.-Gov. Murphy’s visit were 42 Health Services, the Base Clothing Centre, the Forestry Office, the Base Gym, and the Maintenance Company of Technical Services.
