Whether it’s for business or pleasure, we are always training.
Members of 4 ESR are training for Sackett’s Harbour Competition, a grueling competition consisting of a 14.8 km march, 3.6km canoe portage, 5.7 km canoe, and a 3.5 km march all with a 30lb rucksack.
