Common self-care tips are fine if you’re feeling a little down, or a little overwhelmed but let’s talk about when you are feeling so depleted that you’re struggling to get out of bed. What if you are also feeling the pressure to do all of the “should do” things, to be the best you and you just can’t find the strength to make it all happen? Let’s break it down to the basics and remind ourselves that it’s not all or nothing. It’s not making a fancy meal or absolutely eating nothing.  

Let it be somewhere in between. A little is enough.
