Calling all members of the Defence Team: January is #MentoringMonth! We want you to support our workforce through virtual mentoring! The Defence Team Mentoring Program (accessible only on the National Defence network) is open to open to public service employees and managers, students and military members through traditional, reverse, peer, community and official language mentoring (accessible only on the National Defence network).
As we celebrate #MentoringMonth, we want to provide you the opportunity to get to know the Defence Team Mentoring Program and its benefits (accessible only on the National Defence network).
The program allows both parties to:
expand their professional networks, competencies, perspectives and knowledge
engage in career development discussions and support our workforce
contribute to government and departmental priorities
We encourage all Defence Team members to participate! By joining, you are helping cultivate a learning culture within DND. Learning and mentoring allows us to expand our professional networks, engage in career development discussions, and foster a more inclusive work environment at DND/CAF regardless of your work location.
